In the Global Talent Director role, Allie is focused on making Anomaly the most compelling place to work in the world.
Allie spent three years as the Head of Account Management at Anomaly New York, during which she oversaw the department as it has doubled in size. At that time, she was also a Group Business Head overseeing global business for Diageo and Converse.
Before joining Anomaly, Allie held the role of Global Business Director running Google and Unilever business at BBH. Prior to that she spent five years at Wieden+Kennedy as the New Business Director and Co-Head of Account Management, where she led Disney/Pixar and the Target business.
Her passion for training and mentoring talent began as an Account Supervisor at KBS+P, where she created the agency training program, leading upwards of 50 juniors through a multi-disciplined curriculum.
