At MullenLowe, he has innovated and led the development of proprietary products, including custom research and social trend identification tools. He’s also the lead strategist behind the agency’s ML:Next thought leadership reports, which arm brands with insights to plan for what’s next in consumer behavior. José has worked on a wide range of brands across categories, including Burger King, MINI Cooper, Bank of America, and Humana.
